All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders are shipped via NZ Post.

  Most parcels arrive the next business day or within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While most deliveries arrive quickly, Modest Closet is not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Modest Closet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact NZ Post directly using your tracking number. If further assistance is required, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist; however, Modest Closet is not liable for parcels once delivery has been confirmed.
