At Modest Closet, we encourage customers to review all product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. This includes situations where an item does not meet personal preference, fit expectations, or styling requirements. Please ensure you are confident in your selection prior to checkout.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Under caps
• Jewellery
• Scrunchies

All return requests are subject to approval, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We understand that sometimes a change is needed. While refunds for change of mind are not offered, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit, subject to approval.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Free from makeup, perfume, or marks
• Returned in brand new condition with original packaging intact

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Once your return has been received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be issued accordingly. Please note that availability for exchanges is subject to stock levels at the time of processing.

Faults & Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

To assess a faulty or damaged item, the following conditions apply:

• Clear photo evidence of the damage must be provided
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The item must be unused and in brand new condition

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will advise the appropriate resolution. This may include a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your claim has been reviewed and approved.
